The Dragon Slayer Postscript: made using Puppet Pals

These groups have been working hard to create their characters and setting. As well as writing the narrative to go with it. Here are the results:

Dragon Story by Caz

"Little roar", said the baby dragon. He was hiding in his cave. Baby dragon wanted to get past the big angry dragon. Baby dragon is scared. Baby dragon poured magic potion over himself so he could sneak past the big angry dragon. The baby dragon tickled the big dragon. The big dragon is ticklish so he laughed a big roar. The big dragon is not angry anymore. The baby dragon can now squeeze past the big dragon. Baby dragon is not scared any more.

Teddy bear picnic

wow it was  a beautiful  sunny morning.There were three little teddy bears and two big bears, their name’s are Ella, Romilly, Lily and the two big bear’s were called Katy and Ben. The bear’s wanted  to have a picnic for lunch but where was the food? So the big bears climbed  the biggest tree in the world. The bears found honey so they brought  it down the tree.

Once upon a time there lived five small teddy bears. There were three girls and two boys. They decided to go have a picnic so they packed their bags and started walking. When they got there they unpacked their bags and had a nice picnic. Then when they were finished eating it was to dark to walk back so they called their parents and got a ride home and then they went to bed.

"Finally I can take a bite of her apple," "don't you dear - your going to be in trouble." "Who took a bite into my apple?" Suddenly every one pointed at Jon "I might have had a tiny bite but not all of it."

One day five teddy bears came off a plane, click clock click clock.When they where driving to their hotel they found a sparkling felid, so they decided to have a little look. There were roses, sunflowers and butterflys. They set the picnic up excitedly. They had a scrumptious lunch there favourite was vanilla Ice-cream then they had a little play and soon it was time to go, so they said “We’ll come back soon.”

Chocolate Factory

I felt nervous and excited at the same time.I heard crunching of people eating lots and lots of chocolate. I saw mountains of cnances. I saw chocolate falling from the roof. I went with Mum Libby and me.The chocolate factory is in Dunedin. I went in the holidays. I wondered if I was going to get more chocolate.

Making lemon juice .

1. put sugar in a bowl
2. squeeze the lemons in to bowl and stir for 1 minute.
3. put orange juice Into a bowl and mix for 1minute

then you will have your lemon juice . Next I'm going to post a new cook recipe for how to make pancakes.

What is in milk

Grass is made of vitamins A and B.When it rains the grass gets wet and then the cows eat the
grass and the milk in the cow mixes with water.When the cows get milked the milk truck comes and takes it to the milk factory.Then they mix the milk with butter and clean the milk so it is ok for us to drink.When they have done that they put the milk in milk bottles and send it to the super market and they put prices on them and they sell the milk.

What is milk made of?

Milk is made of molecules and the acid makes them different
Milk has protein in it called casein cases a long chain this is called Cerds.
We get protein from the from the milk by separation the Cerds from the
liquid in a strainer.

How does salt react with ice?

When salt is sprinkled on ice,the salt reacts.The salt on the ice melts faster. Water is made out of H2O Hydrogen and Oxygen. Frozen water molecules have strong bonds. The salt brakes the strong bonds between the Hydrogen and uses energy. This science is used to melt ice on the roads.

Super space world

The Space station is the big home for the space ship. the space ship is made by Sam and the home is made by Ben and Baxter.

My tiger

My pet tiger is black and orange. She is 2 weeks old. She likes to jump on me and play tuger war with me. Her name is ketchup and she sleeps on the back of my bed. She is very strong that I can have a horse ride on ketchup. She loves to swim and once I had my togs on and ketchup got the hose and squirted me. I laughed and ketchup roared. On the 1st of July it's ketchup birthday but it has not been. For her birthday I'm getting her a rope and a chew toy.

This is my experiment for my homework ''the rubbery egg.'' You will need a egg, a cup and a bottle of vinegar. The first thing you do is get the cup and fill the cup up [Use a big glass] with vinegar then you put the egg in and then you leave it for two to seven nights.

HOY horse of the year.

In 2015 I'm going to compete at H.O.Y horse of the year. My pony has won it before but that's when I did not have her. It was when Millie Thomson had Petal, my pony. At H.O.Y I'm doing first ridden. I'm going to be very nervous. I hope I don't have a heart attack and fall off. I will be embarassed if I win and I walk into town and people see me and they say to me did you go to H.O.Y and win? That will be embarassing. But I will be on the news if I win and in the newspaper. I can not wait.

Logan's story

We got in the car we put on the head phones off we go down the road and on the main road. We got there at last I ran down the hill and I crashed into Keagan when . They were playing hide and-
go seek. Time to go to bed. On the first night Ethan came up to my bed and he said "boo" I wasn't
scared.In the morning me and Keagan went on Keagan 's iPod. Dad said "Time to go canoeing
everyone Get in the car " off we went to the lake.We got in the canoes I went looking for fish.
Mum said "Come back" I said "I'm looking for fish" and then we went to the house I played
a game of ice hockey. Keagan wow it was time for bed we got in the room and went to sleep.
In the morning. We got canoes and I went on the jet ski I thought that I fell off the back when
I got off the jet ski. I Fell on the sand and after that I went on the canoes and went to the island.
It was hot on the grass I put my canoe in the water . I canoed to mum we were going home we got in the car we put on the head phones on and mum started the engine we drove down the road.we got onto the main road.and before we knew it were home at last .

My 'rubber' egg

For my homework, I chose the 'rubber' egg, to see if the vinegar would make the hard egg soft in vinegar. I covered the egg in vinegar, L&P and water. The water did not work, L&P sort of soft but vinegar was really soft. I tried the egg in the liquid for three days. Maybe you can try it for more or less days or months or years? Try using boiling hot water instead of freezing cold water?
